The three vibration modes are strong enough that I actually felt in control the whole session, not rushed. It's a solid training tool that makes the practice feel less like a chore and more like a workout I want to stick with.

The vibration modes are solid, but I wish the intensity settings were labeled more clearly out of the box. Still, the build feels sturdy and it’s done the job for training control sessions.
