Took me three tries with a regular tape measure before I gave up, so this rigid gauge was a relief. The clear markings made it easy to read without squinting, and I finally got a number I actually trust for pump sizing.
Finally a tool that actually measures what it's supposed to without the awkward wiggling of a tape. The rigid edge and the curved base make it way easier to get a straight reading. Took about a minute to figure out the best positioning, but it's spot-on for pump sizing.
It does the job far better than fumbling with a tape measure, and the rigid design keeps things steady while you line it up. The only downside is the markings could be a touch clearer in low light, but for the price it’s a solid upgrade over guessing.
